Are you a tech-savvy professional with a knack for automation? We
are currently seeking a highly skilled Permanent Automation
Technician to join our dynamic team in the Manufacturing industry.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced individual to
apply their skills in PLC, VFD, and Robotics to enhance the
efficiency and productivity of our manufacturing operations. The
ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a
similar role and will be responsible for maintaining,
troubleshooting, and improving our automation systems.
Responsibilities: As a Permanent Automation Technician, you will be
responsible for: 1. Programming, troubleshooting, and maintaining
PLC systems to ensure optimal manufacturing processes. 2. Working
with VFDs to control the speed of machinery and equipment. 3.
Implementing and maintaining robotic systems for automated
manufacturing. 4. Collaborating with the engineering team to design
and apply new system processes. 5. Performing regular tests and
inspections to ensure the functionality and efficiency of
automation systems. 6. Training staff on equipment operations and
standard maintenance procedures. 7. Troubleshooting system problems
and implementing immediate repair strategies. 8. Complying with
safety and company guidelines to maintain a safe and productive
work environment. 9. Documenting all automation related activities
and generating detailed reports. 10. Keeping up-to-date with
advancements in automation and production systems technology.
Qualifications: To be considered for this role, candidates must
possess the following qualifications: 1. A minimum of 5 years of
experience as an Automation Technician or a similar role in the
Manufacturing industry. 2. Proficient knowledge of PLC, VFD, and
Robotics. 3. A degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a
related field. 4. Exceptional ability to diagnose problems and
troubleshooting skills. 5. Strong understanding of electrical and
automation systems. 6. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
7. Proven experience in managing automation systems in a
manufacturing environment. 8. Ability to work under pressure and
manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 9. Proficient in using
various software for designing and programming automation systems.
