Payroll Specialist Are you a skilled payroll professional with experience handling union payroll and collective bargaining agreements (CBAs) ? What You'll Do: Manage and process payroll for both union and non-union employees, ensuring compliance with CBAs and wage regulations. Handle certified payroll reporting and ensure full compliance and prevailing wage laws. Administer union benefits, deductions, and remittances , coordinating with union representatives as needed. Work closely with HR, finance, and project teams to ensure accurate job costing and payroll allocations. Stay ahead of payroll regulations, union contract changes, and multi-state compliance requirements . Resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries in a timely and professional manner. What You Bring to the Table: 3 years of payroll experience with a strong background in union payroll and collective bargaining agreements . Construction industry experience is highly preferred , particularly with certified payroll reporting and prevailing wage compliance. Proficiency in construction payroll software (Vista Viewpoint, Sage, or similar platforms preferred). Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
