This role requires exceptional customer service skills, professionalism, and organizational abilities. In addition to greeting guests, the Receptionist supports the facility’s administrative functions, and more. Main responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service by greeting all visitors and guests in a friendly and professional manner. Operate multi-line phone and paging systems, efficiently routing calls to the appropriate party. Handle sensitive information regarding residents and facility matters with professionalism and discretion. Assist with various administrative tasks. Qualifications: Must be able to work on weekends and holidays. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent customer service and communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Previous experience as a receptionist in a healthcare or long-term care setting is preferred. Familiarity with multi-line phone systems. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
