Senior Accountant Salary: 90-110K Bonus About the Company: Our client, a North American Distribution/Service subsidiary for an international manufacturing of industrial equipment, has a newly created permanent position for a Senior Accountant to join their dynamic team. The company is growing, is the 1 revenue producing region for the company, sells high dollar, high demand products. This is a broad role, will wear many hats, make an impact on the entire business, and support the continued growth of the company. Why have interest in the Senior Accountant role: Company is growing, increasing market share, North America is the 1 market globally for the company Opportunity to make an impact, improve processes, provide solutions, give input, provide ideas Company is expanding in new markets and products including new technologies, high demand products Flat organizational structure, great people and culture, family oriented Opportunity to wear many hats and assist with operations Opportunity for promotion, assist the CFO, VP with business decisions Casual work environment Health insurance (some plans 100% company paid), 401(k) match, generous PTO Senior Accountant Responsibilities include: Day to day accounting, including general ledger, inventory, and bank reconciliations Assist with ME, QE and YE close processes Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and supporting schedules Assist with budgeting and planning Review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reports Maintain compliance with GAAP, internal policies, and applicable laws and regulations Liaison for internal and external audits Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy Support ERP/accounting system maintenance and upgrades Assist with business operations, financial and non-financial Ad Hoc projects Senior Accountant preferred experience: Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance or related 3 years broad Accounting experience Month end, year end close experience ERP experience Strong Excel skills Manufacturing, distribution, wholesale, retail, product, inventory or related experience INJUN2025 LI-SL3
