Guide clients through every step of the buying process. Deliver expert, client-focused service and build long-term relationships. Leverage a strong support team for lead follow-up and scheduling. Use our CRM and systems to manage your pipeline effectively. Collaborate with a positive, professional, and growth-oriented team. Qualifications: Licensed Illinois Real Estate Agent – Minimum of 1 year active license. 3 Closed Buyer Transactions in the Past 12 Months. Full-Time Commitment – Real estate is your primary focus. Excellent communication and client service skills. Goal-driven with a mindset for growth and success. Organized, self-motivated, and ready to take action.
