RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist the business goals of the insurance agency with mutually agreed upon expectations. Generate leads and referrals, along with setting appointments for our sales team. Conduct birthday calls to current customers. Use exemplary communication to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of our business. QUALIFICATIONS: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, as well as operate independently. Effective customer service and interpersonal skills. Prioritization, time management, and organizational skills. Open to both Full-Time and Part-Time availability.
