Job Description:
Securitas Security Services USA, Inc., a leader in the security
services industry, is looking for an Area Business Development
Manager to expand our footprint in security solutions across new
territories. This role is crucial for identifying new business
opportunities, developing strategic relationships, and driving
revenue growth by promoting our comprehensive on-site guarding,
electronic security, fire, and safety services. This position
requires a strategic thinker with a robust understanding of the
security needs of modern enterprises and communities, prepared to
lead our business development initiatives and collaborate closely
with our operational teams to meet client expectations and drive
business success. Develop and execute strategic business
development plans to achieve revenue targets and expand the
customer base. Identify and cultivate new business opportunities in
the security services market. Collaborate with cross-functional
teams to understand client requirements and deliver tailored
security solutions. Maintain a deep understanding of market trends,
competitor activities, and potential partnerships. Lead
negotiations and close deals that align with company goals and
profitability targets. Participate in industry events and networks
to represent Securitas and enhance business opportunities. Prepare
detailed reports on business development activities and results for
executive review. Proven ability in sales and business development
within the security industry. Strong strategic planning and
analysis skills. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and
negotiation skills. Capability to work effectively both
independently and as part of a team. Proficient in using CRM
software to manage client relationships and pipeline activities.
