Details Job Details: Our organization is seeking a dynamic,
results-oriented Outside Sales Representative to join our team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to
contribute to a growing company within the transportation industry.
You will be responsible for driving sales growth within a specified
territory, building relationships with new and existing customers,
and working towards achieving defined sales targets.
Responsibilities: As an Outside Sales Representative, your key
responsibilities will include: 1. Identifying potential customers
within your assigned territory and establishing contact through
cold calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings. 2. Developing and
maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding
their needs, and proposing solutions that meet these needs. 3.
Creating and executing strategic sales plans to expand our customer
base and ensure strong presence in the market. 4. Negotiating
contracts and closing agreements to maximize profits, while
ensuring customer satisfaction. 5. Providing accurate sales
forecasts and reports to management, and keeping CRM systems
updated with all sales activities. 6. Staying informed about the
latest trends and developments in the transportation industry, and
using this knowledge to improve sales strategies. 7. Collaborating
with internal teams (e.g., marketing, customer service) to address
customer needs and drive sales growth. Qualifications: To be
successful in this role, you will need: 1. A minimum of 5 years of
experience in outside sales, preferably within the transportation
industry. 2. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales
targets. 3. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. 4.
Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
5. Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite. 6.
Ability to work independently, manage your own territory, and make
sound decisions. 7. Willingness to travel extensively within your
assigned territory. 8. A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing,
or a related field is preferred. If you are a motivated and
