Job Description:
SUMMARY In this position, you will be responsible for
accelerating ECM Group equipment sales through targeted Customer
needs. This position provides full technical service sales support
from lead generation to final contract acceptance, which includes
but is not limited to, new business sales efforts, current customer
interactions, technical analysis, and final contract reviews. To
excel in this role, you must have a compelling sales personality as
well as motivation to find and pursue new business opportunities.
TRAVEL AND WORK CONDITIONS This position will be based out of our
ECM USA, Inc. office in Pleasant Prairie, WI. Frequent travel is
required including to ECM Technologies and other subsidiaries,
sales meetings, exhibitions, technical sessions, and customer
sites. A valid Passport, Driver’s License and good driving record
are required. JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (general but not
limited to) o Manages sales pipeline including developing new
Customers while maintaining existing sales within assigned
customers. o Develops and executes strategic plans to achieve or
exceed sales targets and expand our Customer base. o Provides
competitive information such as bid situations, pricing data or
bundling arrangements in order to establishnegotiated pricing
contracts for assigned products. o Forecasts project timelines,
budgets, risks, and competition within a rapidly changing market,
including date of deliveryto Customers based on knowledge of
manufacturing department’s production and delivery schedules. o
Review the best monitoring sales report with management monthly to
determine if goals and objectives are being met. ADDITIONAL
EXPECTATIONS (general but not limited to) o Strong interpersonal
and communication skills; maintains positive business
relationships. o Ability to negotiate and persuade while remaining
tactful and diplomatic. o Manage several complex projects and
multi-tasks; time management and organizational skills are
essential. o Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be
proactive and handle uncertainty. o Develop a daily/weekly call
list and maintain information accuracy by following-up monthly. o
Team oriented, people oriented and a relationship builder.

extremely motivated, self-starter. Mentally tough and able to
withstand rejection. o Deliver engaging sales presentations;
effective communication skills including excellent active-listening
abilities. o Participates in ongoing training and research to
improve product knowledge and sales techniques. REQUIRED EDUCATION
AND EXPERIENCE o Successful track record in Sales, with a preferred
background in Industrial Heat-Treating Equipment or similar. o
Strong software and PC skills, notably: Microsoft Office Suite and
CRM Software. o High degree of technical aptitude; ability to read
and understand schematics. o English fluent; Spanish and/or French
speaking would be considered an advantage. Job Type: Full Time,
Exempt Career Level: Experienced (Non-Manager) Years of Experience:
5 Years Travel: Frequent travel is required, estimated 40-60%

WINDOWS, CRM SOFTWARE Salary/Compensation: $110,000 - $120,000 per
year plus commission
