Job Description:
A company is looking for a Corporate Counsel, Sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide legal advice to global business partners on transactional
matters related to the sale of the company's products
Structure, review, and negotiate contracts for the disposition of
goods, services, and SaaS solutions
Lead and support team processes to build legal contracting support
for scale, including drafting and maintaining contract language and
supporting contract lifecycle management
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience negotiating and managing complex
commercial contracts
Experience negotiating intellectual property licensing and
ownership agreements
Experience supporting large and dynamic organizations
Experience negotiating international agreements
J.D. and member in good standing with at least one U.S. state
bar
