Description:Customer Service Phone Agent. Taking 50-60 inbound
calls from a queue. Calls about balance transfers, online banking,
card services, alert systems, approving charges, and lock outs.
Answering phone calls in a professional manorAnswering Emails in a
timely and professional manner.Handling customer issues and
questions with a professional attitude This role is located in
Rockford, IL and is in person with Covid protocols in placeThis is
2nd Shift position and includes rotating Saturday and
Sundays.Skills:Customer service, Call center, computer skills,
typing, Inbound call, Csr, Customer support, BankingAdditional
Skills & Qualifications:Must Haves: -1 year Customer Service
experience (can be from Retail or Service industry) -Typing Test
(35 WPM) -1 year computer experience Nice to Haves: -Banking or
Financial experience -Debit and Credit knowledge -Office CSR or
Call Center experienceTyping Test will be done at the in person
