Job Description:
The Board Certified Behavior Analyst is responsible for managing
a caseload of 8-13 client; providing Applied Behavior Analysis
services in a home setting. The BCBA is responsible for the
evaluation of new clients on their caseload, as well as the
development and maintenance of clients ongoing therapy programs.
The BCBA is also responsible for consistent parent training, as
well as mentorship and training for the RBTs on their
caseload.Essential Functions:Travel to clients' homes to provide
therapy servicesAssess incoming clients for treatment using various
assessment tools, and provide a clinical recommendation for weekly
treatment hours based on client needDevelop individualized
therapeutic programs to address client goals, drawing heavily from
NET principlesRevise and update client programs on a regular basis,
every 1-2 weeksSupport RBTs via mentorship and training for
children on their caseloadProvide supervision for 5-10% of an RBTs
supervision hoursDirect work with clients, always being ready to
model a skill for an RBT or clientComplete and submit required
documentation, including, but not limited to, SOAP Notes,
Evaluations, Progress Reports in accordance with practice
guidelinesCoordination of care with other professionals and
disciplinesSupervision of at least 1 student earning their BCBA
fieldwork hours, if necessaryMentor and train new team members as
requested by Clinic ABA DirectorParticipate in weekly team meetings
with the clinics ABA and BCBA teamsMaintain targeted caseload of 28
therapy hours per weekRequired Education, Experience and
Credentials:Masters Degree in Psychology, Education, Applied
Behavior Analysis or a related fieldCurrent BCBA certification from
the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)Experience working
in a clinic settingAbility to work independently and provide direct
care with minimal support and supervisionReliable
transportationMust be willing to travel and provide direct care in
clients homesKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:Strong verbal and
written communication skillsAbility to mentor and develop RBTs and
future BCBAsCompetence with a variety of computer
applicationsFamiliar with a wide variety of ABA assessmentsPersonal

area is requiredReliable transportation and the ability to travel
to various locations as needed to provide in-home therapyOccasional
travel to Westside Childrens Therapy clinics for team meetings or
