Collins Aerospace in Rockford, IL site aids in assembling the Ram
Air Turbines (RAT) used for aircraft emergency power generation.
Our Ram Air Turbines have been used to save aircrafts and over
2,600 lives.
The Distribution Center - 2nd Shift Supervisor is responsible for
the receiving, storage, inventory management and fulfillment of
military and commercial hardware. The Supervisor supports the
distribution center activities and leads a team of bargaining unit
employees to achieve daily and monthly performance metrics. The
Supervisor sets day-to-day goals, working with their team to drive
results while meeting our customers' requirements.
The work associated with this position will be performed onsite in
Rockford, IL.
The position supports work that covers a variety of shifts in a
24-hour/seven-day schedule, as such, there may be a need to support
work on occasional nights and / or weekends.
