People like you!! -American Aluminum Extrusion supplies quality aluminum extrusions and fabrications with high standards for meeting or exceeding design and tolerance specifications in some of the most demanding fabricated product marketsPosition Summary:The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining equipment to operate in the safest and productive condition, supporting continuous improvement, production strategies, and plant reliability, troubleshooting, monitoring, adjusting, and repairing manufacturing equipment and machinery throughout AAE. -Primary Responsibilities:

• Preventative maintenance including troubleshooting, repair and perform hands-on maintenance
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems
• Evaluate equipment reliability and take appropriate actions to improve performance
• Communicate successfully with other members of the maintenance team
• Cross-train, learn, and support other functions or processes Experience:
  Minimum of five years of experience in industrial maintenanceKnowledge of electrical and mechanical principles and procedures, including pneumatics, hydraulics and mechanical systemsExperience in electrical and electro-mechanical repairsBasic computer skillsMulti-task in a fast pace environmentExcellent communication skillsBenefits:
