At AUTOKINITON, we are building a better foundation for every vehicle on the road.Reasons you will love working here:Competitive WagesMedical, Dental, Vision and 401(k) benefits14 Paid HolidaysVacation time on day oneGrowth Opportunities with tuition reimbursement programs, opportunities for promotions, paid apprenticeships and much moreRESPONSIBILITIES:Provide the Chicago Plant, as well as AGG Staff, with timely and accurate cost analysis primarily related to non-labor manufacturing overhead expenses.Support month end close by processing journal entries, running reports, and verifying journal entries made are included in the ledger; complete all account reconciliations.Develop budget as well as weekly/monthly forecast for all non-production material.Process all purchase requisitions for non-production material; work with requestors and MRO Crib personnel to ensure that the purchasing process effectively works and periodically make adjustments to the process.Maintain accurate material costing for all Chicago products; costing of BOMs.Support all Physical Inventories of Production Material and Fixed AssetsQUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting,One (1) to three (3) years experience in related financial, operational or business analysis.Advanced user skills and knowledge of Excel, including VLOOKUPS, HLOOKUPS, Pivot Tables, Graphs, and SUMIFS.Advanced user skills in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.QAD/SAP experience a plusApply today to be a part of a winning team!INDHPRequired SkillsRequired Experience
