Job Description:
Position Purpose:Perform a wide variety of highly technical
duties to install, test, troubleshoot and repair complex and
sophisticated electronic systems (robots). Be involved with the
adaptation or design of complex test equipment and development of
related procedures and documentation. Knowledgeable in latest
robotic technology. Prepare and adjust robot programs and assist in
tool and fixture design. Experience with Allen-Bradley PLCs a
plus.Essential Functions:Safety is #1.Troubleshoot, repair, tear
down and replacement of automation equipment, welders, cranes,
hoists, conveyors, electrical systems, small hand tools, pneumatic
and hydraulic equipment.Troubleshoot line repairs and
breakdowns.Manipulating current programs, eventually writing
code.Conduct preventive maintenance on equipment.Provide training
to other Maintenance personnel in equipment design and
function.Responsible for evaluation and troubleshooting and
implementation of corrective actions of robots.Provide support of
machine components and fixtures or support the repairs and
improvements of mechanical devices which supports
production.Maintain a positive attitude in the work place,
supporting company policy and actively encouraging and developing a
team spirit within the Stoughton Trailers Inc. culture.Consistently

policy.Required Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent
and additional courses in welding operations (manual and/or
robotic) Associate degree in mechanical technology or applied for
courses Minimum of 1 years experience working in a manufacturing
environment with manual and robotic weld operation and
set-upComputer skills including Microsoft OfficePreferred
Qualifications Programming skills Completed associates or similar
certification in industrial maintenance technician with
experienceFamiliarity with Yaskawa Robotics, Motoman.Required
