Job Description:
The Integrated Campaign Director will play a key role in
developing and executing lead generation initiatives for Epsilon’s
Digital and Retail Media business unit with an initial focus on the
Retail Media offerings. Youll leverage your expertise in
multi-channel marketing, demand generation, lead funnel management,
and stellar communication skills to develop and execute marketing
tactics that drive growth in our pipeline and achieve business
objectives. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence our
marketing strategy, working with executive-level business
stakeholders to drive growth in their business and contribute to
the organizations overall success. By joining our team, youll be

employees to make a difference. Youll be an individual contributor,
reporting directly to the Senior Director, Product Marketing and
working closely with key stakeholders, including Product Marketing,
Sales, Creative, Marketing Operations, and the owners of our
various marketing channels. This is a hybrid role with the
expectation of two days a week out of the Epsilon Chicago or NYC
office. What You’ll Achieve • Lead integrated marketing planning
process for Epsilon’s Digital and Retail Media offerings in close
collaboration with Product, Sales, and Marketing, ensuring
marketing activities align with business needs and priorities. •
Build, manage and execute a multi-channel, multi-touch marketing
plan to achieve healthy pipeline coverage, expanding reach into
existing accounts and penetrating new accounts. • Partner with
executive leaders to establish meaningful, realistic goals and KPIs
mapped to business outcomes. • Drive the development of
high-quality leads through various channels. • Develop robust lead
nurturing programs to move prospects through the sales funnel. •
Partner closely with Product and Sales to define key buyer
personas, market segments, and target account lists based on how
they buy and the customer lifecycle. • Embrace agile marketing
operational rigor across the planning process, accounting for
delivery cycles, dependencies, capacity, and prioritization. •
Partner with peers who manage our paid, owned, and earned channels,
as well as content, creative, and operations teams to develop and
activate high-quality, compelling marketing initiatives based on
audience segments and personas. • Optimize activities by reviewing
results to measure effectiveness and improve performance based on
learning. • Manage campaign budgets effectively and optimize spend
to maximize ROI. Who You Are • What you’ll bring with you: o 10
years of experience in integrated marketing campaign management. o
Experience translating business objectives into a strategic
marketing plan. o Proven ability to develop and execute
multi-channel marketing strategies. o Strong understanding of lead
generation and nurturing best practices. o Excellent analytical and
data interpretation skills. o Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills. o A “hands on” mindset; you understand
strategy is meaningless without execution o Fluency in marketing
funnel metrics and management. o Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Suite, especially PowerPoint. o Working knowledge of all key paid,
owned, and earned marketing channels. o A strong focus on
delivering measurable results and exceeding expectations. • Why you
