Compensation: Up to $16.00HR + commission can range from 45K-65K, including salary, commissions, and performance bonuses

PeopleShare is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead our clients retail team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring team members are well-versed in our client's sales process, products, and services while maintaining operational excellence. The ideal candidate has extensive retail experience, preferably in the wireless industry, and excels at delivering an exceptional customer experience, driving sales, and effectively managing customer needs with professionalism and a positive attitude.

  • Build and maintain a positive, customer-focused, and goal-driven environment.
  • Hire, train, schedule, and supervise a team of Retail Sales Associates.
  • Meet or exceed both individual and team performance goals.
  • Coach and mentor team members to provide an exceptional customer experience.
  • Ensure the location operates according to company guidelines and policies.
  • Execute promotional rollouts, inventory procedures, and other assigned tasks effectively.
  • Lead by example in personal and professional conduct. Requirements:
    
    • 2+ years of retail management experience, preferably in the wireless industry.
    • Proven track record of sales and leadership success.
    • Ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team.
    • Passion for wireless technology, retail, and customer service.
    • Willingness to travel to various locations as needed.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • High attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with a flexible schedule.
    • Bilingual in Spanish and English
