A Internal Medicine Physician Outpatient - Only Internist practice is seeking a qualified physician for Chicago, IL. This and other physician jobs brought to you by ExactMD. Medical Doctors Only Apply.

Multiple schedules available, seeking 1 full time, M-F provider as well as a weekend/part-timer doing 2-3 days a week/weekend.Location --- Chicago
Practice Type- Outpatient/Community Health Center
Start Date --- As soon as credentialing is complete

Facility Overview

Facility Description --- Community Health Ctr
Daily Patient Volume per provider 20-25
Shifts available Tuesday-Friday 8:30-5:30, Thursdays 11-7 and some Saturdays 8-2
Support staff (RNs, NP/PA's, LPN's, and MA's)
No Call

Requirements

Board Certified- IM, FP
Other Certifications --- PALS, ACLS, DEA
