We'll teach you all you need to know and work with your schedule. **Part-Time Attendants start at $13/hour.** Our employment model has been developed to create a clear path to management. We will give you all the tools you need to run one of our locations. The harder you work, the more you will earn and the quicker you will advance. Motivated team members could become site managers with salary, health benefits, and paid time off in as little as six months. All full-time team members receive free car washes! **Full-Time Attendants start at $15-18/hour per hour + overtime!** **Three shifts and overtime are available**We offer three shifts, and a chance to earn overtime every week.* Morning - 6:30am-1:30pm* Evening - 1:30pm-8:30pm* Day - 8:00am-4:00pm**We are looking for multiple candidates across our locations Carpentersville, Rockford, Woodstock, and Crystal Lake (coming soon)!****Car Wash Attendants*** Rockford, IL * Full Time * Entry Level Swift Wash is a modern, express car wash seeking hard-working and dependable Team Members for all locations Carpentersville, Rockford, Woodstock, and Crystal Lake.We value professionalism and a can-do attitude above all else. The harder you work, the more you will earn and the quicker you will advance.* No previous car wash experience is needed we provide paid, on-the-job training for all Team Members.* **Compensation starts at $15-18/hour depending on experience. Get paid weekly!*** All of our Team Members wash their cars for FREE!**Responsibilities:*** Providing superior customer service with a friendly, energetic attitude.* Loading vehicles onto the tunnel conveyor and operating automated car wash machinery.* Maintaining the entire facility at a consistently high quality, including general cleaning and organizing.* Diagnosing and performing routine maintenance and repairs.* Completing the sale of washes, unlimited monthly memberships, and gift cards utilizing a POS computer system.**Requirements:*** Must be teachable and willing to execute the Swift Wash way.* Must be available to work any day of the week and select holidays.* Ability to frequently use general maintenance tools, supplies, and equipment such as, but not limited to, hand tools, pressure washers, lawn care equipment, snow and ice removal equipment, ladders, etc.* Ability to frequently handle and use chemicals and general cleaning supplies.* Ability to frequently stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, and climb (stairs, ladders, etc.).* Ability to work in variable weather conditions and in a loud environment.* Must have a valid driver's license.* Must be 18 or older.* Must be a US citizen or have valid work authorization.* You will be a part of a culture of excellence.* You will work in a high-energy, customer service-focused environment and growing industry.* You will have an opportunity to grow with a company that rewards hard work and performance.***
