Occupational Therapist (OT) Company: Blazerworks Location: Elizabeth, IL Employment Type: Full-time Blazerworks, in partnership with the school district for the 2023/2024 school year, is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team in Elizabeth, IL. • Provide occupational therapy services to students in accordance with their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Assess students' fine motor skills, sensory integration, and functional abilities
• Develop and implement effective treatment plans to enhance students' ability to participate in educational activities
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other members of the educational team to address students' needs and promote their overall development
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
• Stay updated on the latest research and techniques in occupational therapy Qualifications:
  • Valid Illinois state license/certification as an Occupational Therapist
  • Experience working in a school setting (preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of pediatric occupational therapy practices and interventions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
