Job Description:

*THIS JOB IS LOCATED IN BYRON, IL*


Quality Metal Finishing Co. is looking for *Robot Operators *to work in a fast-paced production environment. Experience is preferred for this position, otherwise we will train you to successfully perform your job.


*1st shift *openings are available (7am-3pm: Mon-Fri). Up to $16 per hour, Health and Dental Insurance, 401K options, paid time off, and weekly pay.


*RESPONSIBILITIES:*


* Set up, operate, and troubleshoot equipment.

* Program robotics to support production requirements.

* Collect data to support continuous improvement.

* Assist with the production inspection process.

* Prepare parts for post-robot operations.

* Performing routine preventive maintenance.

* Maintaining safety standards of equipment and work area.


*KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:*


* High school or equivalent.

* Basic math skills.

* Some experience working in manufacturing.

* Ability to communicate and work cooperatively with others.

* Ability to speak, read and write basic English.
