Candidates must be 18 years or older with the ability to read and
speak English for safety purposes. You will work in receiving,
shipping and/or managing inventory of HALO's products.
1st shift: 8am - 4:30pm CT (overtime eligible)
SUMMARY
Under the supervision of the Team Lead and Supervisor, the
Recognition Assembly Associate is responsible for packaging packets
and boxes based on information received from warehouse sheets and
ensuring the accuracy of packaging lists and items included in
shipment.
- Interprets information on warehouse sheet for production of
packets/magic boxes
- Surveys materials prior to assembly (kitting) to ensure all
supplies meet minimum approved inspection standards
- Use excel spreadsheet to keep track of the kitting projects and
update when as needed
- Request additional materials when damages or shortages are
identified
- Works within group setting to distribute assembly
responsibilities to ensure timely completion of projects
- Interfaces with Team Lead to ensure inaccuracies and inequities
are addressed and resolved
- Responsible for proper maintenance of work area
- Ensures accuracy of packing list and items included in
shipment
- Notifies Team Lead and/or Supervisor upon project
completion
- Perform other duties as needed and directed by the Team Lead
and Supervisor Requirements
- High School, GED, or equivalent Diploma required
- Basic Microsoft Excel experience required
- Ability to pay close attention to detail and to ensure accuracy
of reports and data
- Have good judgement and be proactive under challenging
circumstances
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs unassisted
- Work well in a team environment Preferred Qualifications
