Employee Type:Full timeLocation:IL South BeloitJob Type:Production SupportJob Posting Title:Training CoordinatorJob Description:Position Summary: The Treehouse Training Coordinator will work with the Training Supervisor, LMS Manager, and Site Steering Team to develop and maintain current hourly training materials and track training for all Site Employees. The ideal candidate will have experience in manufacturing and capability to build, coordinate, and facilitate training across all site levels. The City, State/Province Plant is a mid -sized manufacturing facility that produces private-label product products.Position Responsibilities: Maintain skills capability matrix for site, under direction of the Training Supervisor or HR Site LeadTrack site training completion and skills gapsCoordinate all training across site; both classroom and on-the-floorBuild well-written technical training for production equipment and/or linesFacilitate training for frontline operatorsCommunicate effectively with all levels across the siteUse photographs, drawings, diagrams, and charts in training material to increase users' understandingAdjust facilitation style to meet the needs of the audience by selecting appropriate training mediums, such as manuals or online videosRevise training materials to drive process improvementsDeliver accurate training/documentation under tight deadlinesQualifications and Requirements: Minimum of two years of manufacturing experience preferred Associate degree preferred Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office applications and ability to learn new systems quickly Working experience in technical writing of software documentation and basic knowledge of video editing programs Excellent interpersonal and facilitator skills to which employees respond positively Ability to work across multiple shifts to meet the needs of a multi-shift operating environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work with a cross-functional team to drive improved performance TreeHouse Use Only: #IND1
