Job Description:

Essential Functions:

  • Responsible for product knowledge to answer customer questions
  • Create positive rapport with customers and co-workers
  • Responsible with helping to close deals and process payments with account manager
  • Responsible for customer follow-up
  • Provides accurate order information for Order Entry
  • Assists account manager with reports on market conditions, competitor, and market intelligence
  • Attends internal sales meetings
  • Evaluate competitive order situations and negotiate pricing within departmental and company guidelines.
  • Confers with immediate supervisor and other Sales, Marketing, and Product Development executives in recommending product and product line revisions based on customer feedback
  • Promotes the products and services at trade shows when needed
  • Supports customer service activities
  • Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate account manager for further development and closure
  • Assist with order entry
  • All other duties as assigned

Education:

Bachelor's degree desired or commensurate work experience in the Burner Industry

Experience:

  • 5 + years inside sales or customer support, with an Industrial Equipment background.
  • Prior inside sales experience in industrial combustion products (Highly Preferred).
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus

Working Conditions and Hazards:

Normal plant, shop, field or office conditions. From time to time, slightly disagreeable features
