We are seeking professional individuals to join our team for Full-Time Security Supervisor positions on 1st and 2nd shifts!!! Apply online at: KEY SUPERVISOR FUNCTIONS: ---Provide on-site staff leadership and day-to-day supervision, such to ensure that all post orders are fulfilled in a competent and professional manner ---Direct strategic planning, ensuring effective organization and implementation for site operations ---Make daily and unannounced facility inspections, inclusive of late evenings, weekends, and holidays to ensure the total compliance of site guidelines, post orders, employee job performance, etc. ---Administer on-the-spot corrective action to any employee under his command as necessary ---Review the security program on a continual basis, conduct routine security gap assessments, recommend/report campus security improvements and work with campus management towards the improvement/strengthening, and enforcement of overall security measures (partnering with campus management on implementation of continuous security improvement objectives) ---Administer, implement and report campus corrective action plans according to scheduled due dates ---Assist in selection and training of personnel, their evaluation, and make recommendations for promotions and awards ---Ensure the operation is fully staffed with skilled and competent professional personnel to handle all post orders, and that all security personnel are properly trained, and such training is documented in personnel files ---Guide the continuous improvement process and report progress to client and their representative(s) on a weekly or as required basis KEY SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS: ---Prior security, military, military police, law enforcement, or related field experience needed ---2 years prior security supervisory experience preferred, OR any prior criminal justice or supervisory experience ---Familiarity with the following systems: Security Surveillance Systems, Access Control & Monitoring, Building Fire Protection/Alarm Systems, Computerized Systems, and proficient with Microsoft Office applications, i.e. Word, Excel. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. ---Strong leadership skills. ---Must be at least 18 years of age. ---Must have a reliable means of communication (i.e., pager or phone). ---Must have a reliable means of transportation (public or private). ---Must have the legal right to work in the United States. ---Must have the ability to speak, read, and write English. ---Must have a High School Diploma or GED. If not, must be willing to complete the GED program within six months. ---Must be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation. ---Valid Driver's License and clean driving record required HOURS: Full-time positions available on 1st and 2nd shifts. *Must be able to work weekends and holidays!
