Nurse (RN) Home Health - Nurse (RN) in Rockford, IL LeaderStat is currently seeking a Nurse (RN) with Home Health - Nurse (RN) experience for a 13 week contract in IL. Shift: Days w/ on call, weekend and holiday rotation Start Date: 2021-1-11 End Date: 2021-1-18 Minimum Requirements:

• 2 years clinical experience
• 1 year full time Registered Nurse
• experience within the last 2 years.
• Current State Licensure
