Sign on Bonus eligible! (External Candidates) $8,000 for RNs with 3+ years of nursing experience, requires a 2 year work commitment $10,000 for RNs with 5+ years of nursing experience, requires a 3 year work commitment POSITION SUMMARY: Protects, promotes and restores health and wellness by practicing at the highest level of the Registered Nurse licensure; collaborating with providers and multidisciplinary care team members to provide care coordination across the continuum. Assesses and supports physical symptoms, provides psychological support to patients, friends, and families, mentors assigned team members, promotes best practices, and maintains professional disposition at all times.
Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:Current Registered Nurse licensure by the State Board of Nursing in appropriate state (Illinois or Michigan)OSF Healthcare Nursing Division requires that all employees beginning employment as a Registered Nurse on or after October 1, 2015 are required to earn a BSN degree within six years from Date of Hire and proof of enrollment within your first 18 months of employment.Current American Heart Association HealthCare Provider BLS is required prior to start date of employment.
