Supervisor FLSA Status: Exempt Reports to: Director of
Manufacturing Supervises: Maintenance 1st and 2nd shift crews
Travel: As needed according to the essential functions of the
position Department: Maintenance JOB PURPOSE: The Maintenance
Supervisor will provide direct supervision of the entire
maintenance department crew. This position is responsible for
coordinating the service and maintenance of equipment, buildings,
and grounds, and for ensuring daily reductions in unscheduled
downtime in production. Essential duties and responsibilities
Supervises and assigns work for Maintenance employees Ensure work
was completed efficiently, cost-effectively, and promptly.
Determines material, equipment, and supplies to be used. Transfer
equipment and personnel from one project to another as necessary
Ensure all safety, housekeeping, and environmental rules and
guidelines are followed. Ensure all pertinent data related to
maintenance activities are correct and documented accordingly to
company and regulatory regulations Coordinates or installs,
inspects, repairs, and maintains the electrical, plumbing,
mechanical, and other related systems in all locations Coordinates
renovations of existing facilities and the construction of new
facilities Oversee and inspect outside contractors on any
electrical, plumbing, and mechanical projects Drive improvements in
maintenance performance indicators Actively participate in all
departmental training and continuous improvement activities Adhere
to all current SOP’s, procedures, and quality requirements Perform
other job-related duties and responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications/Requirements 5 years of progressive maintenance
experience Thorough working knowledge of all tools, procedures, and
methods utilized in an industrial maintenance environment Thorough
working knowledge of all electrical and mechanical systems in an
industrial environment Thorough working knowledge of all electronic
applications in an industrial environment Experience with
metalworking and fabrication equipment Able to troubleshoot on
mechanical and electrical systems Hands-on, engaging on-floor
activity, ability to develop employees Production and/or Warehouse
experience required, food manufacturing a plus Able to manage
several plant-wide tasks concurrently Familiar with all applicable
safety and environmental codes, rules, and regulations as applied
Must be flexible with hours, possibility for OT Frequently required
to lift and/or push up to 50lbs Possession of a current and valid
driver’s license High School Degree required Associate's Degree
preferred Computer literacy Skills/Abilities Ability to prioritize
and learn quickly Good verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask Strong attention to detail Strong
organizational skills. Analytical and mechanically inclined Must be
able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide Bilingual
English/Spanish a plus. Physical Demands The physical requirements

with benefits. Target salary for this role will be $80,000 to
$95,000. This position is eligible for an annual bonus (based on
the incentive program terms and conditions). Based on your
