Job Description:
Our client, a leader in visual communication manufacturing and
innovative workplace solutions, is seeking a dedicated Bench
Carpenter to join their team. As a Bench Carpenter, you will be an
integral part of the Woodwork department supporting the production
of high-quality visual communication products. The ideal candidate
will demonstrate attention to detail, craftsmanship, and a
proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the
organization. Job Title: Bench Carpenter Location: Woodridge, IL
Pay Range: $20-$25 Shift: 1st shift - Monday-Friday 6:00am -
2:30pm; 2nd shift - Monday-Friday 2:00pm - 10:30pm; OT as needed
What's the Job? Perform finishing work, including trim work,
cabinet making, and countertop fabrication with laminates Utilize
hand tools and power tools such as table saws, chop saws, routers,
and other woodworking equipment Read blueprints and detailed
drawings to ensure precise craftsmanship Support the production
team in creating high-quality visual communication products
Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and
efficiency What's Needed? Prior experience with finishing
carpentry, trim work, or cabinet making Proficiency with hand tools
and power tools such as table saws, chop saws, and routers Ability
to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately Strong
attention to detail and commitment to quality High school diploma
or equivalent; 5 years of relevant experience preferred What's in
