Our drivers are home daily, operate well maintained late-model equipment, and work with a supportive team in a safe environment. What We Offer $30 per hour starting pay for experienced drivers Home daily – no nights, weekends, or holidays Consistent local routes Late model equipment 401(k) with company match Medical, Dental, Vision, Life & Disability insurance Paid Time Off and Paid Holidays Merit increases and long-term growth opportunities Stable company with year-round work What You'll Do - Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections - Follow DOT and company safety standards - Work with dispatch to complete daily pickups and deliveries - Communicate with customers and teammates professionally - Perform basic light maintenance on equipment when needed Equipment You May Operate - Day Cab Semi Truck with Walking Floor Trailer - Front-Load Refuse Truck - 3500 Series Dual-Rear-Wheel Pickup Truck with Gooseneck Trailer Qualifications - Valid Class A CDL - Clean driving record (no more than 1 point in the last 12 months) - Ability to periodically lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
