T and H Transport Inc is seeking a CDL A Local FedEX Dedicated Linehaul Truck Driver in Dubuque, Iowa. CDL A License Required At least 1 year of verifiable Tractor Trailer experience in the last 3 years Must have or must be willing to acquire Doubles Endorsement. ? Job Benefits & Compensation: Home Time: Home daily Pay Rate: Up to $2,200/week ($280–$300 per day, with opportunity for additional earnings) Monthly Bonus: $300 incentive bonus paid as a separate check Referral Bonus: $500 total, $250 paid after 30 days and $250 paid after 90 days Benefits Package 100% company-paid health, dental and vision insurance (family coverage) Life insurance Short and Long-Term disability insurance Retirement 401(k) retirement plan, a vailable after 1 full year of employment 3.5% company match Paid Time Off (PTO) 1 week of vacation after 1 year 2 weeks of vacation after 5 years 3 weeks of vacation after 10 years Shifts & Locations Dubuque, IA: Night shift (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM or similar) Cedar Rapids, IA: Day and night shifts available Company Overview Dedicated FedEx contractor, 30 years in business JOB REQUIREMENTS: Must possess a Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Must possess one year of verifiable Tractor Trailer experience in the last three years or three years in the last five Must be able to pass a background check Clean Motor Vehicle Record – Max TWO accidents and/or tickets combined in the past 3 years Must have or be ready to attain a doubles/triples endorsement Ability to follow instructions and complete required training Complete Background Check, MVR Screening, login to Clearinghouse, and take a Drug Test? DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Operate tractor-trailer combination, including doubles Perform daily pre-trip/ post-trip and safety inspections on equipment Drop & Hook Only. No-touch Freight! Verify and complete required documentation and reports Maintain accurate daily logs Follow dispatch instructions and communicate with dispatch (e.g. delays, arrivals, equipment problems), as required Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures Perform other duties as required
