Clean Harbors, a North American leader in comprehensive environmental, energy, and industrial services, is seeking a skilled Regional Class A Tanker Driver for cross-border operations. This role involves the safe and compliant transport of hazardous materials, utilizing specialized tankers and equipment across international borders. As a key member of our transportation team, you will play an integral role in supporting our mission to protect the environment by ensuring that hazardous waste is managed responsibly and sustainably. Operate Class A tankers across international borders safely and in compliance with all federal and international regulations. Manage and maintain transport and hazardous materials documentation according to regulatory requirements. Perform vehicle inspections before and after trips, and report any issues or maintenance needs. Participate in routine safety meetings and trainings, maintaining a strong knowledge of safety protocols and emergency response tactics. Communicate effectively with logistics and dispatch teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery schedules. Uphold the company’s commitment to sustainability and environmental protection during all transport activities. Proven ability to operate Class A tankers and handle hazardous materials Strong knowledge of DOT and environmental regulations Excellent driving skills with a clean driving record Ability to maintain accurate logs and records Strong communication and teamwork capabilities Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with Tanker and Hazmat endorsements TWIC card (Transportation Worker Identification Credential) Clean driving record and DOT medical card
