Supervisor - Bilingual (Elgin, IL) $55,000 - $60,000/Annually We
are seeking a skilled Spanish/English speaking Computer Hardware
Repair Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will
diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair a wide range of computer
hardware. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical support
skills, proficiency with various operating systems, and hands-on
experience with equipment repair. Responsibilities - Oversee a team
of 5 to 8 repair techs, coach, mentor and train - Delegate daily
work assignments, check in and out tools, manage team KPIs -
Maintain reports of repairs performed, parts used, and diagnostic
procedures, also update ERP - Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware
issues across multiple platforms - Perform repairs on computer
hardware components such as motherboards, hard drives, RAM, and
peripherals using hand tools and soldering techniques - Repair and
replace device components for tablets - Utilize schematics and
technical manuals to accurately identify faulty parts and execute
precise repairs - Conduct software troubleshooting to resolve
operating system or software conflicts affecting hardware
performance Qualifications - Ability to lead a team of 5-8 repair
techs - 1 year of progressive experience in computer or electronic
device repair - Spanish/English bilingual - Strong written and
verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively
document and communicate repair needs - Proven experience with
computer hardware repair, including soldering and equipment repair
