the world. Job Summary Responsible for the technical program
management activities and alignment for strategic programs,
coordinating among a wide range of cross-functional internal and
external resources to ensure that programs are within the scope,
within budget and on schedule, with guidance from senior staff
member(s). Serve as the program lead for specific, defined
multi-discipline technical programs or projects of greater than
average complexity and scope. Responsible and accountable in the
planning, development and delivery of new technical programs. Works
with moderate guidance in own area of knowledge. At this level,
you’ll own delivery for one or more teams within a platform area.
You’ll facilitate agile ceremonies, manage dependencies, and begin
coaching teams on SDLC best practices. You’ll work with moderate
guidance and begin contributing to planning and process
improvement. Job Description Core Responsibilities Understands the
scope of technical programs as defined by the product and business
requirements and the budget process. Actively participates in the
key planning of program milestones drives alignment to these
milestones. Uses specific knowledge about one or more technical
areas to research, plan, communicate and achieve objectives through
program/project team. Works with senior staff members to identify
and obtain participation from required cross-functional core team
members, including matrixed project managers. Oversees the team as
they plan, track and execute project plans from start to
completion. Maintains program plans and program record. Works with
the core team and senior staff member(s) to identify and schedule
all the work required to fulfill program scope, including
identification and management of critical path tasks. Drives the
development and implementation of key goals, objectives and success
criteria for the program. Ensures clear communication and alignment
with stakeholder and delivery teams. Recommends changes to improve
the engineering process and to alleviate process inaccuracy and
duplication. Works with senior staff member(s) and core team to
identify and analyze risks and issues. Tracks and manages the
program schedule and task details included in the program plan.
Ensures the program plan is reviewed and approved by an appropriate
channel, including changes to the plan as they occur. Analyzes the
actual performance against the plan and makes adjustments
consistent with plan objectives. Ensures program milestones are
accomplished and ensures overall timelines are met. Documents all
major plan changes in scope, approach and date delivery.
Communicates updates on major milestones and keeps all stakeholders
informed of progress and issues. Works with senior staff members to
manage proposed changes to program parameters and ensures
appropriate processes and communications are followed. Works under
normal supervision. Follows established directions. Serve as
liaison with Divisional and Regional market resources to prepare
markets, system and resources for deployment. Monitors the quality
of program deliverables and works with senior staff to ensure
program objectives and success criteria are actively managed and
achieved. Assists in the development and monitoring of deployment
strategies and tools to support the implementation of programs in
the field through trials and controlled customer deployments.
Delivers on commitments while demonstrating a high level of
integrity and respect for all teammates and stakeholders.
Consistent exercise of independent and collaborative judgment and
discretion in matters of significance. Regular, consistent and
punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends,
variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary. Other duties and

or a platform area . Manage cross-team dependencies and delivery
timelines. Agile SDLC Implementation Coach teams on agile maturity
and SDLC optimization. Drive consistency in estimation and tracking
practices. Planning & Capacity Management Lead quarterly planning
sessions with Product and Engineering. Balance capacity across new
work, tech debt, and stability. Process Improvement & Coaching
Identify systemic delivery issues and lead resolution efforts.
Mentor junior EDMs and team members. Stakeholder Communication &
Alignment Communicate delivery status and trade-offs to leadership.
Align cross-functional teams on shared goals and timelines. Job
Knowledge, skills, and abilities (KSA’s) Knowledge: Working
knowledge of Agile frameworks and SDLC practices Understanding of
backlog management and estimation techniques Familiarity with
cross-functional team dynamics Skills: Facilitation of agile
ceremonies (e.g., standups, retrospectives) Basic risk
identification and mitigation Effective use of Jira, Confluence,
and planning tools Abilities: Manage delivery for one or more teams
Communicate status and risks to stakeholders Begin coaching teams

Primary Location Pay Range: $87,628.78 - $131,443.17 This job can
be performed in Denver Campus with a Pay Range of $87,628.78 -
$137,702.37 Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base
pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory
