more. Job Summary: Are you passionate about creating intuitive,
user-centered experiences? We're looking for a UI/UX Designer to
lead the design of high-impact internal systems that power our
business — starting with a brand-new CRM and Service Portal
implementation. This is a permanent opportunity to own design
initiatives across our enterprise platforms. You'll start by
ensuring that publishers, advertisers, and internal teams have
seamless workflows and engaging digital touchpoints. Post-launch,
you'll take the lead on improving the user experience of our custom
Back Office ERP system — a critical platform for managing business
operations and data. Responsibilities: Design user flows,
wireframes, prototypes, and final UI assets for CRM, Service
Portal, and ERP platforms Establish and maintain a scalable design
system and cross-platform style guide Conduct user research and
usability testing to inform design decisions Partner with
developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of your designs
Continuously refine and enhance system interfaces to drive adoption
and efficiency Collaborate with technical teams and business
stakeholders to gather requirements and turn them into clear,
actionable design solutions. Requirements: Skills and Requirements
: Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field (or
equivalent experience) 3 years of UI/UX design experience,
including work on both packaged (CRM/Service Desk) and
custom/internal (ERP, portals) applications Proficiency in modern
design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar Solid
understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, and
user-centered methodologies Experience conducting usability testing
and applying insights to improve product experiences What Will Make
You Stand Out: Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce,
Zoho) and service management tools Familiarity with ERP or custom
enterprise systems with complex workflows and data-heavy interfaces
Understanding of front-end development principles to better partner
with engineering Experience building and scaling design systems
