Job Description:

Job Description: We are looking for a seasoned Microsoft Dynamics
365 Functional Consultant with hands-on experience in Advanced
Warehouse Management, Production Control, and Inventory Management
modules. The ideal candidate will bring strong production support
and rollout experience, working closely with key stakeholders to
resolve issues, improve processes, and support successful
deployments across multiple sites. Key Responsibilities: Configure
and enhance D365 modules: Advanced Warehouse Management, Production
Control, and Inventory Management. Work with business users to
resolve production issues and provide continuous support post
go-live. Lead or support rollout activities including data
validation, user training, and functional testing. Document
detailed functional specifications and process flows. Coordinate
with development teams to manage customizations and integrations.
Provide support during UAT, go-live, and hypercare phases of the
rollout. Identify opportunities to streamline operations and
improve system usability.Required Skills and Experience: 10 years
of experience as a D365/AX Functional Consultant with specific
focus on Advanced Warehouse, Production Control, and Inventory
Management modules. Proven track record in production support and
multi-site rollout of D365 Supply Chain solutions. Strong
problem-solving skills and experience with root cause analysis in a
live production environment. Excellent documentation, training, and
communication abilities. Ability to work independently and
collaboratively across IT and business teams.
