Responsibilities include evaluating audit findings, preparing reports, and making recommendations to senior management to enhance IT and cybersecurity controls in the United States. The role also involves coaching staff and building relationships with senior management.We enable a flexible work environment with a hybrid arrangement-2+ days on-site and the rest remote.How you'll succeed

• Audit focus: Develop the annual IT audit plan, lead audit activities, and ensure quality and compliance with standards. Handle complex technical areas and draft clear audit reports.
• Collaboration: Work closely with management, serve as a trusted advisor, and coordinate with external auditors.
• Teamwork: Coach team members, foster a positive culture, and manage special projects.Who you are
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Finance, or related; advanced degrees or certifications like CISA, CISSP, CCSP, CRISC are preferred.
  • 8+ years of extensive IT auditing experience, especially in banking, including cybersecurity, cloud, and AI systems.
  • Familiar with network security, cloud platforms, programming languages, and cybersecurity principles.
  • Willing to travel up to 5%.
