Job Description:
A company is looking for an Oracle Functional Analyst (Oracle
EBS / Cloud - HCM).
Key Responsibilities
Analyze and define business requirements and processes related to
Oracle HCM Cloud
Design and configure contingent worker programs and HCM Cloud
capabilities including payroll and time management
Deliver fast formulas and manage integrations with third-party
benefit providers
Required Qualifications
Knowledge of business analyst principles and quality improvement
processes
Experience in a Scrum/Agile development environment
Working knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud applications, including Core
HR and Payroll
Expert knowledge of Oracle Applications table structure and
SQL/PLSQL coding
Experience with configuring foreign country processes in HCM
Cloud
