International Benefits (Benefits Associate) Location: Remote
Duration: 4 Months Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST (Flexibility
required to work with international teams) Interview Format: Two
panel video interviews Required Education High School Diploma or
Equivalent Top 5 Required Skills 3–5 years of experience in
Benefits Management for countries outside of the U.S. Ability to
gather employee information and identify benefit plans tailored to
individual needs 2–3 years of Project Management experience Strong
data analytics capabilities; experience managing multiple global
projects Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Technology Proficiencies Microsoft Office Workday Preferred
Attributes Bilingual: French, Spanish, or German Project Management
Certification Job Description We are searching for two Senior
Associates to support our benefits function for a 24-month contract
position. These positions will support our global benefits function
within our Total Rewards Center of Excellence (COE) to create
detailed inventories of benefit programs (including knowledge
articles) and to assist with benefits harmonization activities for
our business units for our APAC, LATAM and EMEA regions (over 40
countries). Duties and qualifications include: Key Responsibilities
Benefits Inventory Partner with Field HR and HR Delivery Centers
to: Collect benefit-related documents (policies, plan documents,
legal agreements) Draft policy documentation for undocumented
benefits Create and publish Benefit Knowledge Articles (HR and
employee versions) Centralize documents in an easy-to-use HR portal
Maintain and update inventory portal with detailed plan info
(vendors, costs, program data) Business Unit Harmonization Conduct
side-by-side comparisons of insured vs. non-insured benefits
Recommend changes based on cost, employee impact, and change
complexity Outline initial plans and timelines for benefits
harmonization Required Qualifications In-depth knowledge of
international employee benefits, regulations, and practices
Experience with health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness
programs Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and
assess complex data Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
across multicultural teams Ability to manage multiple projects and
meet tight deadlines Proficiency in HR systems and data tools
