Job Description:

Join a mission-driven, community-focused healthcare organization on Chicago s Southwest Side as a Nocturnist in Emergency Medicine. This is an ideal role for physicians seeking meaningful patient connections, a wide range of clinical cases, and a collaborative, supportive ED team.

Position Highlights

Flexible Night Schedule: 12 shifts/month (120 hours)
Shift Time: 8:30 PM 6:30 AM
Optional daytime shifts available

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $309,000 for 120 nocturnist hours
Additional Earning Potential: Pick up extra shifts as desired
Annual Merit Increases

Board Eligible/Board Certified in Emergency Medicine
Open to new graduates
Strong clinical judgment and teamwork skills
