Job Description:
Salary: $2,706.45 - $2,906.45 /wk Are you ready to take your
expertise as a cardiovascular technologist to new heights? Join a
regional hospital in Dubuque, IA as a Cath Lab Tech (Cardiovascular
Invasive Specialist) and play a vital role on a team that values
your clinical skills while experiencing a new location. Provide
technical support during diagnostic and interventional cardiac
procedures, operate advanced imaging equipment, and assist
physicians and Cath Lab staff to capture high-quality images and
physiological data that guide patient care. What You'll Need: ARRT
certification in a relevant radiologic discipline (CI or CV
preferred) or CCI - RCIS certification required or acceptable at
offer. Minimum 24 months of recent cardiac/cardiac catheterization
lab experience. No first-time travelers. Must have completed at
least one travel contract in the past 12 months. Proficiency with
fluoroscopy and comfort performing peripheral and coronary
angiography, PCI, and pacemaker procedures. Experience with
specified equipment: Artis Zee C-arm and Impella required.
Additional experience with Maquet IABP, ACIST injector, iFR, and
IVUS preferred. AHA/ARC or American Red Cross ACLS certification.

demonstrating 24 months of current Cardiac Cath experience and a
recent professional reference or performance evaluation within the
last 24 months. Iowa radiology license required for the contract.
Non-licensed applicants will be considered if willing to apply for
the Iowa license upon offer acceptance. Active Iowa license at time
of submission is highly preferred. Skills checklist specific to
Cardiac Cath discipline required. Preferred: prior experience with
EPIC EMR. Assignment Details Facility type: Hospital. Shift: Days.
Typical schedule: 4x9 hour shifts, 0645 - 1615, 36 hours per week.
Call and weekend requirement: 50% on-call coverage including every
other weekend and every other holiday. Equipment used: Artis Zee
C-arm, Impella, Maquet IABP, ACIST injector, iFR, IVUS. Patient
case mix: peripheral and coronary angiography, PCI, pacemaker
procedures. Orientation dates provided at hire. Candidates should
