Under the guidance of a licensed Occupational Therapist, you will help patients regain the skills they need for everyday life. Apply today and a recruiter will reach out with the details. /n /n Minimum Requirements /n - Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college. - Active Illinois COTA license required to start the assignment. - BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. - Experience working in skilled nursing facility or long-term care settings preferred. - Ability to document treatment plans and progress notes per facility and state regulations. - Experience with ADL retraining, adaptive equipment recommendations, and fall prevention programs preferred. /n /n Assignment Details /n - Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility. - Shift Name: Days. - Shift Details: Days 08:30–16:30. - Schedule: Five 8-hour shifts per week. - Floating: Candidate may be required to float to other facilities as needed. /n /n Location Highlights /n Libertyville provides a balance of suburban comfort and nearby outdoor recreation.
