Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Intermediate Care - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 04/20/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Position Details - Job Title: Registered Nurse – IMC / Thoracic Stepdown - Facility Name: UW Health University Hospital - Work Location: 600 Highland Ave, Madison, WI 53792 - Unit: IMC Thoracic (B4/3) Progressive Care Float (D6/5) - Start Date: 04/20/2026 - Duration: 13 Weeks - Shift: Nights – 3x12s (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) - Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week - Patient Ratio: 1:3 - Weekend Requirement: Every other / every third weekend - Float: Required Requirements - Minimum 2 years acute care RN experience (within last 3 years) - IMC, ICU, or Stepdown experience required - Surgical post-op experience required (thoracic preferred) - Active WI RN License or Compact License (required at submission) - Certifications Required: - BLS - ACLS - Epic charting experience required (recent preferred) - Must pass Telemetry exam prior to start (strict criteria) K16 About LanceSoft Established in 2000, LanceSoft is a Certified MBE and Woman-Owned organization.
