Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: CVOR Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 2 years of acute care experience within the last 3 years in specialty License: Must possess an active nursing license Certifications: BLS certification through the American Heart Association required Must-Have: Strong experience in cardiac cases including ECMO and transplant cases. Description: We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our surgical team. The role involves collaborating with the Operating Room multidisciplinary team to plan patient care efficiently. The Registered Nurse will communicate and coordinate Operating Room activities to facilitate surgical case progression. The position requires strength in multiple specialty areas including cardiac, transplant, endovascular, laparoscopic, and trauma cases. This role includes 12-hour shifts with a schedule of Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Float to other service lines as necessary, covering all clinical needs based on staffing. A telemetry exam is a prerequisite for the position, with strict passing criteria. No on-call responsibilities are required for this role. Candidates must be willing to learn and adapt to different surgical procedures and specialties.
