support they need. Summary As a Charge Nurse at Community Health
Services Campus, you will play a vital role in overseeing patient
care and ensuring high standards of clinical practice. This
position is essential for maintaining the quality of care provided
to our residents, making a significant impact on their health and
well-being. 2pm - 10pm Hours Open Base Wage (without shift
differentials): $36.21 - $45.71/hr (RN) and $29.10 - $35.75/hr
(LPN) 2nd shift differential: $5.30/hour Weekend shift
differential: $4.75/hour Responsibilities Supervise nursing staff
and coordinate patient care activities. Conduct assessments and
develop individualized care plans for residents. Administer
medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Ensure
accurate medical documentation and maintain patient records.
Provide education and support to patients and their families
regarding health management. Monitor patient progress and adjust
care plans as necessary. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
