Registered Nurse (RN) | Psych Location: Janesville, WI Agency: Lancesoft Inc Pay: $2,255 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/2/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Lancesoft Inc to find a qualified Psych RN in Janesville, Wisconsin, 53545! Responsibilities Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care. Administer medications and treatments in accordance with nursing standards, hospital policy, and Wisconsin state regulations. Document all patient care activities accurately and thoroughly per standards of care. Develop and execute personalized care plans based on patient needs, physician orders, and behavioral health protocols. Provide patient and family education to support understanding of diagnoses, treatments, and care plans. Participate in performance improvement activities and unit?based initiatives, including shared governance. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support continuity of care and ensure patient safety. Provide clinical support and guidance to other units/departments as needed. Appropriately escalate patient concerns or safety issues through the chain of command.
