Job Description Job Description Family of Caring at Park Ridge is seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join our leadership team as Unit Managers. These roles are ideal for RNs who enjoy clinical leadership, staff development, and hands-on involvement in resident care within a supportive, family-oriented facility. Responsibilities: Oversee daily clinical operations of assigned nursing units Supervise nursing staff and ensure quality standards are met Monitor documentation, care plans, and clinical compliance Support staffing, scheduling, and unit workflow Address clinical concerns and resident needs Participate in quality improvement and survey readiness Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and families Promote a positive, team-driven unit culture Qualifications: Active RN license in New Jersey Prior experience as Unit Manager, Charge Nurse, or Supervisor in a skilled nursing facility preferred Strong leadership, communication, and clinical skills Ability to manage unit operations effectively Team-oriented and resident-focused IND456
