Job Description:
Hourly Pay Range: $29.68 - $46.00 - The hourly pay rate offered
is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience,
among other factors. Position Highlights: • Position: Radiologic
Technologist II Sign on Bonus: $10,000 • Location: Highland Park
Hospital- General and OR • Full Time/Part Time: Full time • Hours:
Monday-Friday 12pm-8:30pm On Call: Yes • Required Travel: N/A What
you will need: • License: IEMA licensing required • Education:
Certificate or Associate's degree from an accredited radiology
program • Certification: CPR certification required. ARRT registry
eligible required. • Experience: Previous radiology experience
required. • Skills: Excellent interpersonal, communication and
customer service skills required What you will do : Prepare
patients for exam: obtain and record history, explain procedures,
position patients and ensure their comfort Perform radiographic
exams Review radiographs to ensure optimum quality Complete and
submit information and images to RIS in a timely manner
Consistently works independently and operates all equipment with
minimal assistance to performance procedures Check supplies/stocks
room and maintains general cleanliness in department Assists in
printing films and retrieval of reports May be required to work at
other NorthShore off-site facilities to accommodate
internal/external customers past schedules hours Reports
environmental/equipment problems to appropriate resource personnel
