Job Description:
Hourly Pay Range: $35.35 - $54.79 - The hourly pay rate offered
is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience,
among other factors. Ultrasound Technologist- Per Diem/Registry
Posit i on H i gh li ghts: Position: Ultrasound Technologist
Location: Highland Park Hospital Full Time/Part Time: Registry
Hours: As needed, Saturdays Call: 4-6 calls per month/ as needed
Required Travel: Local- Glenbrook, Vernon Hills, Gurnee What you
will do : Perform ultrasound exam Prepare patients for exam:
obtains and records history, explains procedure, positions patients
and ensures their comfort Interprets ultrasound Cleans and
maintains equipment Schedules patients if necessary What you will
need : License: N/A Education: High School Diploma, GED or
equivalent work experience Certification: CPR-BLS required.
Completion of formal ultrasound program approved by the American
Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers required. Registry
eligible required; prefer Registered Ultra sonographer Skills : N/A
